With a reputation as one of the most versatile acts on the 1940s scene, Lancashire Belle, Jane Francis, makes a welcome return to this year's festival. Jane is a true Lancashire lass - and in true ENSA style will keep you entertained with the songs that won the war, from the Blitz to the dance halls. As well as appearing at many leading 1940s events across the country each year, Jane has worked alongside Mary Berry for the National Trust, sung live on the BBC in a VE Day commemoration hosted by Adrian Chiles, performed on the steps of Concorde - and even had a beer named in her honour by Marston's! Jane also appears regularly at the Royal British Legion hotel in Southport, and at a host of venues in Lytham, Blackpool, Fleetwood & Morecambe.
