£5,000 grant fund to help support Ukrainian refugees living in the Woodhall Spa community
THIS GRANT FUND IS CLOSED AND WILL REOPEN IN SPRING OF 2024
This fund has been set up by the Woodhall Spa 1940s Festival to help support the Ukrainian refugees who are living in the Woodhall Spa community to escape the war in their country.
The fund seeks to help as many as possible, both adults and children, within this refugee group.
We would like to fund welfare and educational costs; from gym membership at Jubilee Park to english lessons and books for school.
We have not written a list of what is eligible for a grant, instead we ask you to be reasonable and tell us what you need money for. Our aim is to try and say yes!
Please complete this short form and send it to us:
Once we receive your application we’ll have a look to make sure it meets our terms. Given it does we will then transfer the money to your bank account.
We know this is only a modest contribution, but we hope all the same it will make your lives better here in the UK until you can return home.
Applications are limited to Ukrainian refugees who are here in the UK as part of the Government’s “Help For Ukraine” scheme, and living with a host family resident within the parish of Woodhall Spa.
